Where do we deliver?
We deliver all our products worldwide.
Due to recent US customs regulation changes, we are temporarily unable to ship goods to customers in the US until further notice.
When do we dispatch the order?
We dispatch the order within 1-4 working days from the day of the accepted payment.
What are the delivery terms?
In Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: items are delivered within 2–4 working days from the day of dispatch.
To foreign countries: items are delivered within 2–18 working days from the day of dispatch.
Please expect a delay on all orders due to holiday season.
Is express delivery available?
Yes, express delivery is available for an extra fee. To order this service, please send us an email to hello@nosuke.eu.
How do we deliver?
To the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): we deliver orders via parcel delivery company LP Express (Lithuanian Post) services directly to the customer’s address that is provided in the order or to parcel pick-up terminals. The delivery time is usually from 2 to 4 working days.
To other countries: items destined abroad are sent:
– by registered mail via services of the Lithuanian Post (more information is available online at www.post.lt). Customer’s local postal service delivers the items to the specified delivery address. The delivery time is usually from 10 to 18 working days. If there isn’t anyone at home at the moment of delivery, the post representative will usually leave a notice informing you that the parcel has to be collected from the local post office specified in the notice. Information about the documents required for the collection of the parcel at the post office of the customer’s country is usually provided in the notice left by the post representative.
What is the cost of delivery?
To Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): delivery within the territory of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is free of charge for more than 200 EUR orders. For the orders under 200 EUR, the shipping price is 6 EUR.
To the Europe countries: delivery to other Europe countries when delivered by Lithuanian post is 25 EUR.
To other countries: delivery to other countries worldwide when delivered by Lithuanian post is 50 EUR.
Delivery fees (if aplicable) are not included in the product price and will be clearly shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Other important information
When the necessary information for the delivery is provided, the customer must carefully enter correct and accurate information so that the parcel reaches the destination. Otherwise, the customer will have to cover repeated item’s delivery expenses.
Taxes
Please note, that items sent outside of the European Union may be a subject to import and/or any other customs taxes that will be payable by the customer. Therefore, we strongly recommend consulting the respective authorities prior to making a purchase, on whether any customs or other possible charges may apply at the destination country.
